Banana Pancakes

This recipe will serve 3 people!




INGREDIENTS:

2 Bananas

4 Pasture raised eggs

Coconut flour (adjust to your texture)

1 Scoop of Grass-Fed Collagen

I like these brands: Perfect Supplements Collagen OR Garden of Life Collagen


DIRECTIONS:

Smash up pancakes

Stir in eggs

Mix in Coconut flour to your preferred texture

Mix in Collagen


Heat up pan with some Coconut Oil and scoop them into the pan when oil is hot.


Top with yogurt, hemp seeds, nuts, berries and serve with a side of breakfast sausage!


NOTE: If I do not have Collagen, I often add a protein powder such as Organifi's Vanilla Protein Powder
