This recipe is inspired by Gwyneth Paltrow's Cookbook Clean Plate


Blueberries are nutrient dense food... rich in antioxidants, minerals & vitamin c.

Cauliflower is a sulfur rich vegetable and helps our detoxification pathways!


Serves One


Place all ingredients into a blender and turn on!


½ cup frozen blueberries ½ cup frozen cauliflower 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond butter ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk 1 date, pitted and roughly chopped Juice of ½ lime
