Cashew Milk

Start by soaking 1 cup of raw cashews with filtered water. Soak for at least an hour (or overnight). Discard the soaking water.

Add the following to a blender:

4 cups of filtered water

Soaked cashews

2 dried figs or dates

Pinch of sea salt

1 tsp of vanilla

Blend on high until creamy.

Pour into a container and that is it! You do not need to strain this, drink as is.
