Chia Pudding
You will need:

Big bowl
Whisk
4 individual jars
1 cup chia seeds
4 cups of home made cashew milk (recipe on its own post)
4 cups of berries
2 tablespoons of collagen powder (optional but highly recommended)
Pour chia into a big bowl and add the milk
Whisk well - using a whisk instead of another tool is recommended!
Allow mixture to sit for 15 minutes, whisk it up every so often.
Stir in berries & collagen (you could also add cacoa, bee pollen, mint, etc...)
Pour into individual jars for the perfect snack size.
Store in the fridge for at least an hour.
Enjoy
Top with any other goodies (nuts, seeds, cacao nibs, gojis….)
