Crock Pot Shredded Chicken
Chicken thighs or breasts (Thighs with skin on will have the best flavor, if you are scared of meat, start with breasts or no skin no bone thighs
Lemon, lime or apple cider vinegar
Cajun seasoning (or any seasoning really)
Turn the crock pot on LOW for 5 hours or HIGH for 3 hours
Put chicken in the crock pot and sprinkle with sea salt and cajun seasoning. You can put a little bit of olive oil on the bottom if you are using breasts.
Cover with a lid.
Shred the chicken 30 minutes before eating it and remove the lid Let it crisp up a little. There are so many variations of this and it depends on how much meat you use etc... Try it out it is a staple in my house!
