Morning Green Smoothie

Add a boost of fiber to your day!

Serves 2

1 Avocado

1 Frozen Banana

2 TBSP grass-fed Collagen

3 cups Spinach (any greens)

2 tbsp Flaxseeds

1 tbsp Hemp Hearts

1 tbsp nut butter

2 sprigs Mint (in winter, add dried mint from the garden)

2 cups Water or Plant Milk

1/2 lemon (with peel)

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, serve immediately.
